Aleesha is a female professional bodybuilder that has gained popularity in the last two decades. Aleesha Young was born in 1984 to the family of sports. Her father participated in bodybuilding as did her siblings and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha was a softball player, soccer and basketball prior to when she started bodybuilding at the age of fifteen. Aleesha was awarded her professional certificate after she won her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 However, she began her journey in the year 2008. In addition, she competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro, where she placed ninth. She held on to a 9th-place finish in 2015. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in 2015 and 2016. Aleesha has steadily progressed and in 2019 she took the first professional title, at the Chicago Pro Championships. In 2020 the bodybuilder completed her most impressive WOS Rising-Phoenix performance in which she finished 4th. But the "World's toughest mother" had to rest due to her health.
